The device for preventing the disassembly of a disposable medical handpiece according to the present invention includes a sensing section in which respective disassembly sensors having resistant coatings maintaining a set resistance value are provided in disassembly sensor installation space sections formed in the assembly of the handpiece to be in close contact with each other during assembly so that parallel electric connection between the resistant coatings is performed; an AD converter that converts a voltage change corresponding to the detected resistance of the sensing section into a digital signal; a control unit that registers the resistance value of the parallel-connected resistant coatings during initial power supply and generates a destruction signal in a case where the resistance value measured in the AD converter is not present within a set range; a high voltage generating unit that supplies a destruction voltage to a driving coil of a driving motor of the handpiece in response to the destruction signal of the control unit; and a built-in battery that maintains a charging voltage and supplies power for destruction voltage generation to the high voltage generating unit.
