Present invention is related to a simulating system of a simulated guiding method for surgical position and system thereof having steps of: obtaining a biological three dimensional image; imputing a data of an implant; marking a target position and a start position in the biological 3D-dimention image; calculating a dimensional coordinate according to the data of the implant, the target position and the start position in the biological three dimensional image; and obtaining a physiological data by re-sampling in a living body according to the data of the implant and the dimensional coordinate. Doctor may perform more efficiently and accurately during a surgery with reference to the data of the implant and the physiological data provided by the present invention.本發明係一種以斷層影像為基礎之手術探針導航模擬方法及其系統,其係於取得一生物立體影像並輸入一組待植體參數後,於該生物立體影像中設定一標的位置及一起始位置,再於該生物立體影像中,依據該組待植體參數、該標的位置及該起始位置,計算出待植體植入生物體後,待植體與生物體接觸面的一空間座標資訊,並依據該組待植體參數及該空間座標資訊,於生物體中重新取樣,以獲得待植體與生物體接觸面的一組生理資訊,藉此,執行手術的醫師即可參考藉由上述模擬及提供的生理資訊評估待植體植入生物體後的影響,提升手術品質及效果。
