Remedy consists of an extract of mesenchymal stem cells (MSC) and a conditioned medium obtained during the MSC cultivation, wherein the remedy is obtained using the following steps: de novo isolation or deconservation of the MSC culture from bone marrow or adipose tissue of a dog, cultivation and accumulation of the MSC, obtaining and collection of a conditioned medium, obtaining the MSC extract by freezing-thawing the cell suspension, adding glycine at the concentration of 20 mg/ml to a mixture of the MSC extract and the conditioned medium, sterilization, bottling, freeze drying.
