PURPOSE: A hydrophilic polyurethane foam dressing and a preparation method thereof are provided to prevent the foam dressing from adhering to an injured part. CONSTITUTION: A hydrophilic polyurethane foam dressing comprises a waterproof polyurethane film layer(10), a foam layer(20) which is made of polyurethane foam and is formed under the polyurethane film layer, and a mesh film layer(30) which is formed under the foam layer. The foam layer comprises a plurality of open cells with 1-1000 micrometer diameter and a plurality of pores which penetrates the open cells. The polyurethane film layer is made of a moisture-permeable and waterproof film. The mesh film layer comprises a mesh film made of a polymeric material.본 발명은 창상, 화상 등의 상처부위를 보호하며 상처치유를 도와주는 폴리우레탄 폼 드레싱재에 관한 것으로, 특히 삼출물 흡수후 폼 드레싱제의 기계적 물성이 저하되면서 상처면에 폼 드레싱제가 붙는 현상을 개선한, 메쉬 필름을 포함하는 친수성 폴리우레탄 폼 드레싱재 및 그의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에서는, 방수성의 폴리우레탄 필름층； 폴리우레탄 발포 폼으로 이루어지고, 상기 폴리우레탄 필름층 아래 형성되는 폼층； 상기 폼층 아래 형성되는 메쉬(mesh) 필름층을 포함하는 친수성 폴리우레탄 폼 드레싱재가 제공된다. 본 발명의 친수성 폴리우레탄 폼 드레싱재는 삼출물 흡수 후 변형정도가 매우 우수하므로, 의료용 드레싱재는 물론, 일회용 기저귀, 여성용품(일회용생리대) 등 그러한 물성이 요구되는 다양한 분야에서 의료용 용도 또는 비의료용 용도로 널리 활용될 수 있다.
