PURPOSE: A patch formulation containing a support layer and a drug layer and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to maintain drug release rate and to ensure air permeability.CONSTITUTION: A patch formulation for attaching to the skin contains a support layer and a drug layer applied on one side or both sides of the support layer. The support layer contains porous non-woven fabric fabricated by electrospinning thermoplastic polyurethane ultra fine fiber aggregate. The average diameter of the ultra fine fiber is 0.1-10 um. The thickness of the non-woven fabric is 100-200 um. A method for fabricating the patch formulation comprises: a step of prepare thermoplastic polyurethane(TPU) spinning polymer materials a step of electrospinning the spinning polymer materials to prepare porous ultrafine fiber web a step of calendaring the ultra fine fiber web to prepare porous ultra fine fiber non-woven fabric and a step of applying a drug on one side or both sides of the non-woven fabric.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012본 발명은 지지체층 및 지지체층의 한쪽 면 또는 양쪽 면에 도포된 약물층을 포함하는 피부에 부착하는 패치제 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 상기 지지체층은 열가소성 폴리우레탄 초극세 섬유 집합체가 용융전기방사에 의해 가교되어 구성된 다공성 부직포를 포함하고, 상기 부직포는 다방향으로의 신장률이 500% 이상인 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명의 패치제는 초극세 섬유 사이에 적정 크기의 미세 기공을 포함하기 때문에 약물 방출 속도가 꾸준할 뿐 아니라 투습방수성 및 통기성이 우수하다.
