PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surgical implement for cataract operations capable of appropriately supplying perfusion to a wide area by appropriately laterally spreading the perfusion released from a pore for releasing the perfusion and inhibiting the release of the perfusion from parts other than the pore for releasing the perfusion.SOLUTION: A slip 50 is formed in an inner wall surface of a pore 5 for supplying perfusion of a sleeve 1 that is attached to a US handpiece 10 (or an I/A handpiece 11) for the cataract operation.
