The invention relates to the use of oil powder and milk powders for the preparation of solid confectionery products wherein the oil powder is granulated together with the milk powder and other powder ingredients and then pressure agglomerated to solid confectionery products comprising pressure agglomerated powder ingredients including an oil powder and a milk powder, wherein the oil powder comprises an inner core comprising an oil and an outer shell comprising a cross-linked emulsifier and to processes for the preparation thereof.Linvention concerne lutilisation de poudre dhuile et de poudres de lait pour la préparation de produits de confiserie solides, la poudre dhuile étant granulée avec la poudre de lait et dautres ingrédients en poudre, puis agglomérée sous pression des produits de confiserie solides comprenant des ingrédients en poudre agglomérés sous pression comprenant une poudre dhuile et une poudre de lait, la poudre dhuile comprenant un noyau intérieur contenant une huile et une coque extérieure comprenant un émulsifiant réticulé et des procédés de préparation de celui-ci.
