The present invention relates to a silkworm storage protein 1 (SP1) used in habiting apoptosis of human cells. More specifically, the present invention relates to a novel use of an SP 1, and to a method for producing an SP1 expression stable cell line using the same. Biological functions, such as a function of inhibiting apoptosis occurring in human cells and an antioxidant function, of storage protein 1 (SP1) produced from genes of silkworms are newly clarified to be used in producing a cell line for producing a treating protein in the biopharmaceutical field and utilized as a cell culture medium material and a functional cosmetic product material.
