PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a needle type surgical robot system including a needle type surgical robot having a degree of freedom of design, high safety and reliability and low invasiveness, capable of coping even with a fault in an emergency surgery.SOLUTION: A needle type surgical robot system 1 includes: a manual type surgical treatment needle type device 20 having a narrow diameter needle structure 40 on an X axis, a surgical tip instrument 50 connected to the tip part of the needle structure and having operation functions of opening/closing, rotation and bending or the like, and a surgical tip instrument operation part 39 having a power transmission mechanism 30 where the rear end part of the needle structure is inserted/supported, for operating the operation functions through the rear end part of each function member and a power supply operation unit 100 constituted of a power mechanism unit 70 for driving the power transmission mechanism, a battery power supply device 80 for supplying power supply to the power mechanism unit, and an operation controller 90 for automatically operating a power mechanism.
