PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the unevenness of color arising from differences in radiation angles of a plurality of semiconductor light sources.SOLUTION: An endoscope light source device includes first-third light source modules 31-33. The light source modules 31-33 have light-emitting elements 66, 71, 76 each with a laser diode, emitting light of a different wavelength region. The first light source module 31 has a light-emitting element 66 and a fluorescent unit 62, and emits mixed light beams of light from the light-emitting element 66 and fluorescence emitted from the fluorescent unit 62. The second and third light source modules 32, 33 emit monochromatic light from light-emitting elements 71, 76 without using the fluorescent unit. The first-third light source modules 31-33 include radiation angle-correcting units 64, 72 for correcting the radiation angles of the respective light beams.
