PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To well examine an eye with an intraocular lens implanted thereinto or other eyes.SOLUTION: An ophthalmic apparatus according to the embodiment is used for optical examination of a subject eye, and includes an optical system, an alignment data acquisition unit, and a display control unit. The optical system projects a light beam toward the eyeground of the subject eye, and detects return light of the light beam as a pattern image. The alignment data acquisition unit acquires data for alignment of the optical system with the subject eye.
