PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that although a microneedle sheet is manufactured by injecting a needle material into a stamper for which a recess section is formed on a base material, to increase the acuteness of the recess section at the distal end of the stamper has not been easy.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method for the stamper include the process wherein the sheet-like base material and an original plate having a conical protuberance are heated, the process wherein the conical recess section is formed on the original plate by inserting the protuberance of the original plate in the base material, the process wherein the original plate is cooled while being inserted in the base material, the process wherein the original plate is released from the base material, and the process wherein the base material is heated.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】マイクロニードルシートは、母材に凹部を形成したスタンパーにニードル原料を注入して作製するが、スタンパーの先端にあたる凹部の尖鋭度を高くするのは、容易でなかった。【解決手段】シート状の母材と錐状の突起を有する原版を加熱する工程と、前記原版の突起を前記母材に挿入して原版に錐状凹部を形成する工程と、前記原版を前記母材の挿入したまま冷却する工程と、前記原版を前記母材から離型する工程と、前記母材を加熱する工程を有するスタンパーの製造方法を提供する。【選択図】図1
