A pot plant making method includes: (A) producing a connection unit which includes making a hollow connection unit with a mold, (B) installing and positioning which includes placing the connection unit in a hollow blow molding mold, (C) material feeding which includes extruding melt thermoplastic billet material from a die and keeps blowing downwardly and sealing the bottom edge of the thermoplastic billet material so that the continuously blown air can force the billet material to open in a inflated state, (D) clamping and pressing and re-supplying air which includes tightly closing the mold to seal the inflated plastic billet in the mold, inserting an injection pipe into the plastic billet, injecting air through the injection pipe until the inflated plastic billet fully laminates on the surface of the mold, (E) pressurizing includes squeezing the plastic billet into the terminal of the connection unit with the air and breaking down it to laminate in the inner wall edge of the terminal to form a prototype material, (F) cooling which includes cooling the prototype material to form a pot body unit with cooling channels inside the mold and (G) making final product which includes placing and covering the connection unit on the pot body unit after opening the mold.本創作的製法至少包括有:(A)生產連接單元:利用模具分別產製中空狀連接單元;(B)安裝定位:將連接單元安裝組設定位於中空吹氣成型模具內;(C)下料:將已加熱成熔熔熱塑性塑膠胚料從模頭押出暨模頭中央持續向下進行吹氣,且將已押出有適當距離的胚料底端處進行捏合封閉後而使得持續灌注的供應氣體能迫使胚料被撐開而呈膨脹狀;(D)夾合壓抵暨再注入氣體:利用中空吹氣成型模具的夾緊壓抵閉合作用而將熔熔膨脹塑膠胚料夾緊閉合於上述模具內,再將注射管直接插入貫穿至膨脹塑膠胚料內持續注入氣體,以迫使熔熔膨脹塑膠胚料完全貼合於上述模具的表面及貼合於連接單元的外側及封合於連接單元的端口處;(E)加壓擠破結合:利用持續再注入的加壓氣體將熔熔膨脹塑膠胚料擠入至連接單元之端口內後而使其破裂貼合於端口的內壁緣,而形成一雛形胚料;(F)冷卻成型:利用上述模具內部的冷卻流道作用而使得雛形胚料開始呈冷卻固化而形成一盆體單元;(G)成品:待上述模具呈退模分開後,而形成連接單元被包覆組設於盆體單元上。1...盆體單元10...內表層11...外表層13...容置區域131...內凹部133...透水孔15...洩水口2...導體20...上入氣孔3...注水單元30...上入氣孔36...內螺紋37...外螺紋4...水位指示裝置40...透明管件45...活動座48...浮球5...引流體51...微引道6...封口單元61...內螺紋65...止漏件A...氣流路徑
