The application concerns melon plants (Cucumis melo) resistant to infection with tomato leaf curl New Dehli virus (ToLCNDV). The resistant melon plants have a genomic introgression fragment on chromosome 5 which confers tolerance to ToLCNDV in a dominant manner.
