The invention provides synthetic influenza virus-like particles (influenzavirus-like particle, method VLP) in plant or plant part.Described method is included in expression of influenza HA in plants and carries out purifying by Size Exclusion Chromatograph SEC.The invention still further relates to the VLP that comprises influenza HA protein and vegetable lipid.The invention still further relates to the nucleic acid and the carrier of coding influenza HA.Described VLP can be used for preparing influenza vaccines, perhaps can be used for enriching currently available vaccines, existing vaccines.
