The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an eco-friendly wipe package using 100% Tencel fabric, comprising: a material preparatory step (S1) of preparing a wet tissue solution to be injected to the Tencel fabric in a spray method by including, on the basis of 99 parts by weight of purified water, a preservative comprising 0.15-0.4 parts by weight of isopentyldiol, 0.25-0.4 parts by weight of propanediol, 0.12-0.25 parts by weight of caprylhydroxamic acid, 0.01-0.08 parts by weight of octyldodeceth-16, 0.15-0.4 parts by weight of 1,2-hexanediol, 0.1-0.2 parts by weight of ethylhexylglycerin, and 0.001-0.01 parts by weight of complex extracts； a wet tissue solution spray step (S2) of wetting the Tencel fabric with the wet tissue solution； a Tencel fabric cutting step (S3)； a Tencel tissue accumulation step (S4)； a pre-packaging step (S5)； a packaging material sealing step (S6)； and an opening and closing cap attachment step (S7), to manufacture an eco-friendly wipe package. Therefore, the present invention provides an effect of significantly reducing discharge of household waste which is not biodegradable, thereby reducing wet tissue waste which is discharged in such large quantities that the same is defined as an environmental contaminant. Furthermore, a characteristic of the Tencel fabric reduces a discharged amount of the wet tissue waste. Moreover, the present invention provides a relatively soft texture such that wet tissues can be used on a sensitive skin suffering from an atopic disease or skin ailments without irritating the skin.
