A lung treatment catheter and handle system comprising a catheter assembly having an insertion tube coupled to the handle assembly. The system delivers a flexible bronchoscope or endoscope or the like having a port for coupling the handle assembly thereto and a working channel in communication with the port for delivering the catheter assembly into the body cavity via the delivery device. It is further removably coupleable to the device. If desired, the port channel of the port can be co-linear with the working channel of the delivery device. The catheter assembly, handle assembly, and delivery device may be catheter electrodes at a treatment site, such as an airway, conduit, or blood vessel, for treatment of tissue while minimizing damage to the catheter assembly, delivery device, or both.
