The process of making a pharmaceutical lozenge formulation comprising the steps of extracting the juice from the following ingredients: squeezing Calamansi (Citrofortunella microcarpa) fruit and crushing the Yerba Buena (Clinopodium douglasii) leaves to extract the juice with the use of mortar and pestle to get its extracts； mixing the water and honey in a pan and bringing it to a boil: allowing it to simmer for hours on low fire； stirring the mixture constantly； removing the mixture from heat； allowing it to cool down； adding the Calamansi and Yerba Buena extracts in the cooled mixture； setting the mixture aside to achieve a viscous consistency preparing the molder； transferring the mixture into the molder； allowing it to harden as lozenges； coating the lozenges in powdered sugar to prevent adhesion； and packaging the lozenges in a small plastic jar by grams.
