A wound retractor is disclosed. The wound retractor of the present invention comprises: a lower ring member which is located inside of an incision section based on the abdominal incision section an upper ring member which is located outside of the incision section and a sleeve which is made of a soft elastic body for connecting the lower ring member and the upper ring member. The upper ring member comprises: a first shape maintenance body formed in a solid circular or oval shape cross section and having coupling projections formed lengthwise in a longitudinal direction on the outer circumference surface thereof and a second shape maintenance body formed in a solid circular or oval shape cross section and having coupling grooves, into which the coupling projections are inserted to be coupled, formed lengthwise in a longitudinal direction on the outer circumference surface thereof, and the upper ring member is characterized by generally forming a circle by making each end of the first shape maintenance body and the second shape maintenance body, which are coupled through the insertion of the coupling projections into the coupling grooves, be coupled to each other by the adhesion in a contact state.
