According to an aspect of the present disclosure, an endoscopic surgicaldevice isprovided. The surgical device includes a handle assembly including a drivemechanismactuatable by a trigger； and an endoscopic assembly including a proximal endportion extendingfrom the handle assembly； a distal end portion pivotably connected to theproximal end portionof the endoscopic assembly； and a rotatable inner actuation shaft extendingfrom the handleassembly and into the distal end portion of the endoscopic assembly, the inneractuation shaftincluding a flexible portion extending across the pivot connection. Thesurgical device includesan end effector selectively connectable to the distal end portion of theendoscopic assembly andto a distal portion of the rotatable inner actuation shaft. The end effectorincludes a splined innertube rotatably supported in an outer tube； and a plurality of surgical anchorsloaded in the innertube of the end effector.
