According to the present invention, the thrust bearing unit receiving a load is installed between the leg brackets and swivel seat in the axial direction, thereby changing the rotation azimuth of the fishing chair in any direction, and also a plurality of bumpy units are formed in the lower end part of the armrests, thereby adjusting an angle of inclination of the back of the chair.
