Disclosed are a haptic stimulus adjustment method and a system thereof. The haptic stimulus adjustment method includes: a step of suggesting a real haptic stimulus with random roughness to a subject； a step of detecting a reference signal of an ERP signal of the subject while the haptic stimulus is suggested； a step of detecting the ERP signal as a comparison signal by suggesting an artificial haptic stimulus to the subject； a step of judging consistency by comparing the reference signal with the comparison signal； and a step of detecting intensity of the artificial haptic stimulus whose reference signal comparison signal are identical as changing the intensity of the artificial haptic stimulus if it is judged that the reference signal is not identical to the comparison signal in the judgment step.촉각 자극 조절 방법 및 시스템에 대해 기술된다. 촉각 자극 조절 방법:은 피험자에게 임의 거칠기의 실제 촉각 자극을 제시하는 단계； 상기 촉각 자극이 제시되는 동안 피험자의 ERP 신호를 기준 신호(reference signal)로 검출하는 단계； 상기 피험자에게 인공 촉각 자극을 제시하여 ERP 신호를 비교 신호로 검출하는 단계； 상기 기준 신호와 비교 신호를 비교하여 동일 여부를 판단하는 단계； 상기 판단 단계에서 동일하지 않은 것으로 판단되면 상기 인공 촉각 자극의 강도를 변화시키면서 기준 신호와 비교 신호가 동일한 인공 촉각 자극의 강도를 검출하는 단계；를 포함한다.
