A method of making a homogenized powder comprising anethum graveolens (dill), the resin/gum of the commiphora tree (myrrh), the peel of punicagranatum (pomegranate) and/or an active ingredient derived therefrom, and topically administering it to an individual in amounts effective to inhibit and/or treat harmful effects of chronic wounds by helping tissue regeneration, preventing infections (being antiseptic), and having anti-biotic properties.L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une poudre homogénéisée comprenant de l'Anethum graveolens (aneth), de la résine/gomme de l'arbre Commiphora (myrrhe), de la peau de Punica granatum (grenade) et/ou un principe actif dérivé de ceux-ci, et l'administration à un individu de quantités efficaces de la poudre, par voie topique, pour inhiber et/ou traiter les effets délétères de plaies chroniques en facilitant la régénération tissulaire, en prévenant les infections (la composition étant antiseptique), et en ayant des propriétés antibiotiques.
