Disclosed is a portable fixing device for cleaning a contact lens. According to the first embodiment of the present invention, the portable fixing device for cleaning a contact lens is configured to fix the contact lenses when cleaning the contact lenses, and comprises: a base unit which has a through hole on which the contact lens is seated a suction unit which is made of a soft material and formed on the bottom of the base unit, downwardly extends along an outer periphery of the through hole to form an inner space communicating with the through hole, and if the contact lens is seated on top of the through hole while the suction unit is pressed by a user, and then the user releases the pressed state, pulls and fixes the contact lens and a support unit which downwardly extends from an edge of the base unit.
