PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constant region which can impart preferable properties particularly as a pharmaceutical to an antibody by modification of an amino acid sequence.SOLUTION: The variant of a constant region significantly improves heterogeneity by applying to the production of antibodies. That is, it can highly maintain the homogeneity of an antibody by introducing modification into the heavy chain constant region of the antibody. More specifically, it can prevent lowering homogeneity attributed to an accidental -SS-binding in the heavy chain of an antibody molecule.
