The present invention relates to a method to manufacture a screw for implantation. According to the present invention, the method comprises: a first step of forming a first guide groove on a center of a material, wherein the material of a round rod is engaged with a main chuck; a second step of forming a flat slope up to a predetermined length on an outer surface of the material and forming a conical body part along the slope; a third step of eccentrically entering a variable wheeling cutter in a center of the body part and allowing the wheeling cutter to obliquely form a screw part up to the length of the body part, wherein widths of pitches and valleys of the screw part are gradually varied; a fourth step of forming a fixed part extended from a rear end of the screw part, and cutting and separating the material of the rear part when the fixed part is engaged with a sub chuck, so as to form a semi-finished product; a fifth step of forming a tool groove in the fixed part up to a predetermined depth of the body part and forming a second guide groove communicating with the first guide groove; and a sixth step of transforming the tool groove into an angled shape and cutting the fixed part of the semi-finished product separated from the sub chuck so as to complete a product.
