The invention provides in a first aspect a seed drill (1) comprising a hopper (6) and a drill frame (7) from which seed is dispensed into or onto the ground, the hopper (6) being supported in use by a towing hitch (3) located at a front end of the seed drill (1) and at least two transport wheels (4, 5) located behind the hopper (6) and in the drill frame (7) of the drill frame. The positioning of the transport wheels (4, 5) within the frame (7) may permit the drill frame (7) to be lifted whilst maintain adequate weight on a tractor towing the seed drill (1).
