In addition, there is no simple measuring device that can measure the therapeutic effect on the spot at the treatment site. SOLUTION: In order to measure the skin temperature during the treatment, a blood flow checker using 34 ° C. of a digital thermotape is brought into contact with the skin at the same time as the treatment so that the change in the skin temperature can be observed. By integrating the blood flow checker into the red light amplifier, it is possible to know the change in blood flow due to the anpo treatment by comparing the skin temperature before the anpo treatment and the skin temperature after the treatment. In addition, the therapeutic effect of promoting blood circulation can be confirmed on the spot at the same time as the treatment, even at the treatment site or when the treatment is performed by oneself. It can also be used as a beauty device because it improves tired eyes and promotes blood flow around the eyes.
