The purpose of the present invention is to provide an egg drying apparatus which dries a sterilized and washed egg only with wind of high temperature and pressure, thereby improving a drying rate and preventing pollutants caused by virus. The present invention comprises: a machine supported at the bottom； a transfer conveyor installed on the machine, driven by a motor, and transferring the washed egg； and an egg drying unit installed to be adjacent to the top of the transfer conveyor, emitting air toward the washed egg transferred by the transfer conveyor, and drying the egg.본 발명의 목적은 살균 및 세척된 계란을 고온, 고압의 바람만을 이용하여 건조할 수 있게 함으로서 건조율을 향상시키고, 세균 등에 의한 오염을 방지할 수 있게 한 계란 건조장치를 제공한다. 이러한 본 발명은 바닥에 지지되는 기체(機體)와, 상기 기체에 설치되어 모터에 의해 구동되면서 세척된 계란을 이송시킬 수 있게 하는 이송컨베이어 및 상기 이송컨베이어의 상부에 인접하게 설치되어 상기 이송컨베이어에 의해 이송되는 세척된 계란을 향하여 에어를 분출시켜 계란을 건조시킬 수 있는 계란건조부를 포함한다.
