A massage device is suitable for massaging a users body. The massage device comprises a main rod extended along a rotation axis, a massage module pivoted with the main rod by taking the rotation axis as an axle, and an adjustment module. The massage module is formed with a massage surface for massaging the users body. The massage surface substantially has an elongated, bent and extended shape. When the massage surface of the massage module is pushed against by the users body, the massage module is allowed to produce a turning moment to relatively rotate about the main rod. The adjustment module includes a base, a first rotation mechanism connected to the base, and a second rotation mechanism connected to the main rod. With the first rotation mechanism, the main rod is allowed to rotatably adjust an angle thereof connected to the base by taking a first axis as an axle. With the second rotation mechanism, the main rod is allowed to rotatably adjust an angle thereof connected to the base by taking a second axis that is perpendicular to the first axis as an axle.
