PURPOSE: A stent coating apparatus is provided to enable forming a coating layer within short period of time and to form a coating layer in uniform thickness on the surface of the stent compare to the previous stent on which the coating layer is formed by a coat ing method. CONSTITUTION: A stent coating apparatus (10) comprises a collector portion (110) which fixes a stent being attached to the inner peripheral surface of the stent (810)； multiple number of a multi nozzle portion (210) or a spraying nozzle portion which spray a polymer coating liquid to the polymer coating liquid on the outer peripheral portion of the stent； a liquid storage portion (310) which supplies the polymer liquid to the multi nozzle portion； a certain amount conveying pump portion (410) which supply compressed air to inside of the multi nozzle portion or the spraying nozzle portion to spray the polymer coating liquid on the outer peripheral surface of the stent； and a control portion which controls discharge speed of the multi nozzle portion to spray the polymer coating liquid simultaneous with the multiple multi nozzles. The spraying nozzle portion is extende along with the length direction of the stent body and arranged being sepparated with the same interval with the stent along with the length direction of the stent body.본 발명은 스텐트 코팅 장치에 관한 것으로, 스텐트 코팅 장치는 스텐트의 내주면에 밀착되어 상기 스텐트를 고정하는 콜렉터부； 상기 스텐트의 외주면에 고분자 코팅액을 분사하는 복수의 멀티노즐부； 상기 멀티노즐부로 상기 고분자 코팅액을 공급하는 용액저장부； 상기 스텐트의 외주면에 상기 고분자 코팅액이 분사되도록 상기 멀티노즐부의 내부에 압축공기를 공급하는 정량 이송 펌프부； 및 상기 복수의 멀티노즐부가 동시에 상기 고분자 코팅액을 분사하도록 상기 멀티노즐부의 토출속도를 제어하는 제어부； 를 포함하고, 그로 인해 스텐트의 표면에 균일한 두께로 코팅층을 형성하는 기술을 제공한다.본 발명에 의하면, 스텐트 표면에 코팅되는 고분자 코팅액이 복수의 멀티노즐부에 의해 동시에 분사되므로 짧은 시간 안에 코팅층을 형성하는 것이 가능하며, 침지 코팅법에 의해 코팅층이 형성된 기존의 스텐트에 비해 스텐트 표면에 균일한 두께로 코팅층을 형성할 수 있다.
