PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abutment structure for implant system where although micromovement may be suppressed, an abutment is difficult to be detached, in which an abutment is easily detachable from an implant body.SOLUTION: Subsequent to insertion of a screw into an abutment, while a clearance for use of a driver for fastening the screw remains, the screw is machined to seal an outlet in a manner where a free space slightly narrower than effective length of the screw remains, thereby, after fastening of an implant body and the abutment, when the fastened screw is loosened, a head part of the screw contacts to the machined part before release of the screw from the implant body, and when then the screw is further loosened, by virtue that the head part of the screw is pressed onto the abutment so as to push up the abutment, the taper fit between the implant body and the abutment is cancelled, resulting in easily detachment of the abutment.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】 マイクロムーブメントを抑制できるがアバットメントの取り外しが難しい、テーパー角度の小さいテーパー嵌合のインプラントシステムにおいて、インプラント体からアバットメントを容易に取り外しできるアバットメントの構造を提供する。【解決手段】アバットメントにネジを挿入した後、ネジを締結するドライバーを使用するだけのクリアランスを残した上で、ネジの有効長よりわずかに少ない遊びを残すようにネジの出口を塞ぐ加工を施すことで、インプラント体とアバットメントとを締結後、締結したネジを緩めると、ネジがインプラント体から解放される前にネジの頭部が当該加工部に突き当たり、そこからさらにネジを緩めることでネジの頭部がアバットメントに圧接してアバットメントを押し上げることにより、インプラント体とアバットメントのテーパー嵌合が解放されてアバットメントを容易に取り外すことが可能となる。【選択図】図1
