The present invention relates to a remote vehicle disinfection system. An objective of the present invention is to perform vehicle disinfection at an entrance of a cattle shed to block the spread of a contagious disease of cattle in an early stage and be installed in a tunnel or the like to be used for extinguishing a fire in the tunnel. To achieve the objective, the remote vehicle disinfection system comprises: a plurality of local vehicle disinfection devices which are installed on an entrance of a cattle shed or an entrance of a tunnel, receive a remote disinfection start signal by communication with a central disinfection management server to start the entire system, control a start and a stop of a pump, a start and a stop of an ozone water generator, a start and a stop of a compressor, and opening and closing of a plurality of valves and nozzles by a manager operation, vehicle detection, or fire detection to perform disinfection work of a vehicle entering the cattle shed or passing through the tunnel, and transmit operation state checking information for each component of the system and region information to the disinfection management server; the central disinfection management server to collect the operation state checking information and the region information by communication with each local vehicle disinfection device to store and manage the operation state checking information and the region information, and receive disinfection-required region information by communication with a national disinfection system to transmit the remote disinfection start signal to the local vehicle disinfection device of a corresponding region; and a wired/wireless terminal to display the region information and the operation state checking information of each local vehicle disinfection device by communication with the disinfection management server to allow managers to check the region information and the operation state checking information in real time.
