PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a massage technique that improves a blood flow of the part to be massaged and thereby makes it easy to discharge fatigue materials and waste materials.SOLUTION: A massager keeps the movement of degree to lightly press down and rub a stiff part by hands and fingers. A person receiving massage moves muscle of the part desired to receive massage on ones own will. The stiff part is massaged by both movement and the blood flow is improved, and the stiff part is recognized in the brain of the person receiving massage. The stiff part is massaged to some extent, and then the person receiving massage holds muscular movement and rests quietly in bed. The massager sequentially continues pressing down and continues providing mild stimulus by strength of a degree to lightly touch the portion where stiffness remains with finger tips. The movement to flush out fatigue materials and waste materials remaining in the stiff part by the blood flow is induced by this mild stimulus, and the stiff muscle or subcutaneous fat is relaxed and softened.COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】マッサージする部位の血流をよくすることで疲労物質や老廃物を排出しやすくするマッサージ手法を提供する。【解決手段】マッサージする人は凝り固まった部位を軽く手や指で押さえたりさすったりする程度の動きにとどめる。マッサージを受ける人は自分の意志でマッサージを受けたい部位の筋肉を動かす。この両方の動きにより、凝り固まった部位を揉みほぐして血流をよくするとともにマッサージを受けている人の脳に凝った部位を認識させる。凝り固まっている部位がある程度揉みほぐされた後、マッサージを受ける人は筋肉の動きを止め安静にする。マッサージをする人は引き続き凝りが残っている部分に指先を軽く触れる程度の強さで押さえ続けて軽い刺激を与え続ける。この軽い刺激により凝り固まっている部位に残っている疲労物質や老廃物を血流によって流し出す動きが誘発され凝り固まっていた筋肉または皮下脂肪はリラックスして柔らかくなる。【選択図】図1
