摘要：: The present invention relates to prevention, amelioration, or treatment of intractable epilepsy, especially focal cortical dysplasia (FCD). More specifically, the purpose of the present invention is to provide a kit or a method for preventing, ameliorating, or treating intractable epilepsy, containing mechanistic target of rapamycin (mTOR) inhibitor as an active ingredient.본 발명은 난치성 뇌전증, 예를 들면 국소 피질 이형성증(focal cortical dysplasia, FCD)의 예방, 개선 또는 치료에 관한 것이다.
