The invention relates to medicine, in particular to traumatology and orthopedics, and is intended for use during surgical treatment of fractures of the proximal metaepiphysis of the humerus. The aim of the claimed technical solution is to improve the results of osteosynthesis of juxta-articular and intracapsular proximal humeral fractures. This aim is achieved by the use of an innovative universal fixator for the osteosynthesis of fractures of the proximal metaepiphysis of the humerus, intended for installation along the external surface of the humeral metaepiphysis. The fixator is designed in the form of a plate, and consists of diaphyseal and metaepiphyseal parts, with threaded openings for the insertion of locking screws. The metaepiphyseal part mimics the shape of the greater tubercle of the proximal part of the humerus, comprises an upper opening for the insertion of the locking screw, and has openings for the insertion of screws in a direction toward the centre of the head of the humerus, with an inclination in three planes, and a posterolateral branch with openings for fixation of multifragmentary fractures.Linvention se rapporte au domaine de la médecine, notamment de la traumatologie et de lorthopédie, et peut être utilisée lors du traitement opératoire de fragments de la méta-épiphyse proximale de lhumérus. Le but de la présente invention est daméliorer les résultats dostéosynthèse près de et dans les cavités des fragments de la section proximale de lhumérus. Cet objectif est atteint grâce à lutilisation dun nouveau fixateur universel pour lostéosynthèse des fragments de la méta-épiphyse proximale, lequel vient sinstaller sur la surface externe de la méta-épiphyse de lhumérus. Le fixateur se présente sous forme dune plaque et comprend des parties diaphysaire et méta-épiphysaire avec des ouvertures filetées dans lesquelles sont introduites des vis de blocage.
