A laryngoscope with a tension wire includes: a body part； a blade which is coupled to the end of the body part and is inserted into a trachea part through the mouth of a patient； a cover part covering the outer surface of the blade； an imaging part provided at one end of the blade to photograph the trachea part of the patient； and a display part which displays an image photographed by the imaging part. The blade may include first and second wires extended in a longitudinal direction and a connection unit bent in the direction in which the first or second wire is pulled. It is possible to secure a view.텐션 와이어를 구비한 후두경은 몸통부, 상기 몸통부의 끝단에 결합되어 환자의 구강을 통해 기관 부위로 삽입되는 블레이드, 상기 블레이드의 외면을 커버하는 커버부, 상기 블레이드의 일측 단부에 구비되어 환자의 기관 부위를 촬영하는 촬상부, 및 상기 촬상부에서 촬영되는 영상을 표시하는 디스플레이부를 포함하고, 상기 블레이드는 길이방향으로 연장된 제1 및 제2 와이어들 및 상기 제1 또는 제2 와이어가 당겨지는 방향으로 굽혀지는 연결유닛을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
