The present invention provides a massage chair securing effects of promoting growth of body by having stimulation functions by pressurizing or stretching growth plates on the knee of children or the youth in a growth period. According to the present invention, the massage chair comprises: a chair main body comprising a seat part supported as buttocks of a user is placed, a back support part extending upward and downward at a rear end portion of the seat part to support the back portion of the user, and two armrest parts extended upward and downward at both lateral portions of the seat part to support the arm portions of the user； a growth plate stimulation unit pressing and massaging outer portions of both knees of the user who is seated in the seat part； and a knee support unit which formed to protrude upward at the center of the front end of the seat part and supporting the inner side of the user′s knees when the massage by the growth plate stimulation unit proceeds.본 발명은 안마의자에 성장기의 어린이나 청소년의 무릎 성장판을 가압하거나 스트레칭하여 자극할 수 있는 기능을 부여함으로써 신체 발육 효과를 기대할 수 있는 안마의자에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 안마의자는, 사용자의 엉덩이가 안착되어 지지되는 좌석부와, 상기 좌석부의 후단부에 상하방향으로 연장되어 사용자의 등 부분을 지지하는 등받이부와, 상기 좌석부의 양측부에 상하방향으로 연장되어 사용자의 팔 부분을 지지하는 2개의 팔걸이부를 포함하는 의자본체와； 상기 좌석부에 착석한 사용자의 양측 무릎의 외측부를 가압하면서 안마하는 성장판 자극유닛； 및 상기 좌석부의 전단부 중앙에 상측으로 돌출되게 형성되어, 상기 성장판 자극유닛에 의한 안마가 진행될 때 사용자의 양측 무릎의 내측부를 지지하는 무릎 지지유닛을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
