The invention relates to powdered cosmetic compositions containing: a) 10 to 30% by weight of a hydrophobized metal oxide powder, b) 40 to 89% by weight of a polar solvent, and c) 0.01 to 5.0% by weight of an encapsulated fragrance preparation.
