A technical idea of the present invention provides a fingerprint recognition sensor package which includes a first substrate with a cavity, a fingerprint recognition sensor which includes a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface, wherein the second surface is arranged in the cavity to face the bottom surface of the cavity, a second substrate which includes a connection pattern on one surface facing the first substrate and covers the cavity, and a conductive film which attaches the second substrate to the first substrate by being interposed between the first substrate and the second substrate, electrically connects the first substrate to the connection pattern, and electrically connects a chip pad arranged on the first surface of the fingerprint recognition sensor to the connection pattern. Accordingly, the present invention can reduce the size and weight of the fingerprint recognition sensor package.본 발명의 기술적 사상은 캐비티를 가지는 제1 기판, 제1 면 및 상기 제1 면과 반대되는 제2 면을 가지고, 상기 제2 면이 상기 캐비티의 바닥면과 마주하도록 상기 캐비티 내에 배치되는 지문인식센서, 상기 제1 기판과 마주보는 일면에 연결 패턴을 갖고, 상기 캐비티를 덮는 제2 기판, 및 상기 제1 기판과 상기 제2 기판 사이에 개재되어 상기 제2 기판을 상기 제1 기판에 부착시키며, 상기 제1 기판과 상기 연결 패턴을 전기적으로 연결하고, 상기 지문인식센서의 제1 면에 배치된 칩 패드와 상기 연결 패턴을 전기적으로 연결하는 전도성 필름을 포함하는 지문인식센서 패키지를 제공한다.
