The present invention relates to a drunkometer and, more specifically, to a drunkometer capable of accurately measuring a blood alcohol concentration when the blood alcohol concentration is low. The drunkometer comprises: an expiratory path for expiratory； a sample gas chamber which is connected to the expiratory path； a sensing unit which is arranged inside the sample gas chamber； a suction pump which is connected to a lower side of the sample gas chamber； and a control device which transmits a control signal to the suction pump. The control device comprises: a control signal generating unit, and a control signal transmitting unit. The control signal generating unit generates a first control signal corresponding to a general mode in which the suction pump is operated in one time in a measuring step, or a second control signal corresponding to a low concentration mode in which the suction pump is continuously operated in various times in the measuring step. The control signal transmitting unit transmits the first control signal or the second control signal to the suction pump.
