The present invention relates to a screw-type color chocolate coating apparatus which automatically coats screw-type color chocolate on a chocolate stick as color chocolate is sprayed from a plurality of nozzles installed at intervals on an upper portion when a stick with chocolate applied thereto is rotated and transferred at the same time. When the stick which has been coated with the chocolate by a chocolate coating unit (4) is transferred, the color chocolate is sprayed from the color chocolate screw-type coating nozzles (7) while the color chocolate is supplied to the color chocolate screw-type coating nozzle (7) through a color chocolate supply unit (8). After the chocolate stick is coated with the color chocolate in a spiral shape through the color chocolate screw-type coating nozzles (7), color chocolate, dropping down, is collected by a color chocolate recollection unit (9) comprising an inclined side (11). The recollected color chocolate is re-supplied to the color chocolate supply unit (8) through a color chocolate transfer unit (10) by driving of motors (14, 15) and then reused.본 발명은 나선형 칼라 초코 코팅장치에 관한 것으로, 초코가 묻혀진 스틱이 회전하면서 이동되어 올 때 상방에 일정 간격으로 설치된 다수의 노즐로부터 칼라 초코가 분사되어 초코스틱위에 자연적으로 나선형 칼라초코가 코팅되도록 한 것이다.본 발명은 초코코팅부(4)에 의해 초코가 스틱에 코팅된 상태로 이동되어 올 때, 칼라초코나선형 코팅용 노즐(7)쪽으로 칼라초코공급부(8)를 통하여 칼라초코가 공급되고 있는 상태에서 칼라초코나선형 코팅용 노즐(7)로부터 칼라초코가 분사되어 초코스틱위에 나선형으로 칼라초코가 한번 더 코팅되도록 한 것으로, 칼라초코나선형 코팅용 노즐(7)을 통해 초코스틱에 칼라초코가 나선형으로 코팅된 후 밑으로 떨어지는 칼라초코를 경사면(11)을 포함하는 칼라초코회수부(9)를 통하여 회수하고, 이렇게 회수된 칼라초코는 모터(14)(15)의 구동에 의해 칼라초코이송부(10)를 통해 칼라초코긍급부(8)로 다시 공급되어 재활용하도록 한 것이다.
