The first stripof flexiblematerial has a length and a width. The second strip of flexible material isdisposed on thefirst strip of flexible material. The stretchable strip is disposed on thesecond strip offlexible material. The stretchable strip protrudes from a plane of the firstside of thesecond strip of flexible material. The stretchable strip of material extendspredominantlyalong the length of the second strip of flexible material. The stretchablestrip of materialhas a width, in at least one cross-section, that is less than the width of thefirst strip offlexible material.
