PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manual detachment/attachment device of a medical connector, capable of improving the degree of freedom of component arrangement inside the device.

SOLUTION: Through a link lever 602, the rotating motion of an opening/closing lid 6 is transmitted to a rotary type first connector holder 50 and the first connector holder 50 is rotated. Thus, even in the configuration that the rotation axis X4 of the opening/closing lid 6 and the rotation axis X1 of the first connector holder 50 are eccentric, by transmitting the rotating motion of the opening/closing lid 6 to the first connector holder 50 and rotating the first connector holder 50 via the link lever 602, a first connector 1 is rotated to be loosened or tightened. Thus, by appropriately selecting the shape of the link lever 602, the position of the rotation axis X4 of the opening/closing lid 6 and the position of the rotation axis X1 of the first connector holder 50 are arbitrarily set, and thus the degree of freedom of the component arrangement inside the device is improved.
