PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin-pasting pressure sensitive adhesive sheet hardly generating stuffiness or itching, when being pasted on a skin for a long time and to provide a production method of the skin-pasting pressure sensitive adhesive sheet.SOLUTION: In a skin-pasting pressure sensitive adhesive sheet including an air-permeable foam body and a hot-melt adhesive layer (A), the hot-melt adhesive layer (A) has a void ratio of the surface of 5-50%, and two or more holes having a circle equivalent diameter per square millimeter of 10-400 μm.
