To provide compositions for improving lower urinary tract symptoms with excellent improvement action on lower urinary tract symptoms over the prior arts.SOLUTION: Disclosed herein is a composition for improving the lower urinary tract symptoms, which comprises a polymethoxy flavonoid, in particular, at least one polymethoxy flavonoid selected from the group consisting of nobiletin, tangeretin, quercetin 3',4',5,7-tetramethyl ether and sinensetin, and glycine as effective ingredients.
