The present invention relates to an ultraviolet and blue light-blocking aqueous emulsion composition prepared by emulsion polymerization of an ultraviolet absorbing dye, a blue light absorbing dye, a color organic dye, and an acrylic resin polymerizable monomer, and a method for manufacturing the same, wherein the ultraviolet absorbing dye and the blue light absorbing dye are preferably naphthalimide-based dyes having excellent solubility in monomers. The composition of the present invention is excellent in light fastness, color sharpness and storage stability, thereby being suitable for use in cosmetics, paints and the like.본 발명은 자외선 흡수 염료, 청색광 흡수 염료, 컬러용 유기 염료 및 아크릴 수지 중합이 가능한 모노머를 유화중합하여 제조된 자외선 및 청색광 차단 수성 에멀젼 조성물 및 이의 제조 방법에 관한 것으로서, 자외선 흡수 염료와 청색광 흡수 염료는 모노머에 대한 용해도가 우수한 나프탈이미드계 염료인 것이 바람직하며, 내광성, 색선명도, 저장안정성이 뛰어나 화장품이나 물감 등에 사용하기에 적합하다.
