The invention relates to a compressed gas motor (1) comprising a vibrationbody (10) thatcan be made to vibrate by a compressed gas being guided through the compressedgasmotor (1), and a plunger (12) that is supported as in a bearing by a restoringelement (14)in spring-like manner, whereby the vibration body (10) and the plunger (12)areappropriately positioned and supported as in a bearing such that the vibrationbody (10)repeatedly hits against the plunger (12) during the vibration and displaces itagainst therestoring element (14), whereby the plunger (12) can be transferred by therestoringelement (14) into a position, in which the vibration body (10) hits againstthe plunger (12)during its vibration, such that the vibration body (10) repeatedly hitsagainst the plunger(12) during the vibration, and whereby the motion of the plunger (12) can beutilised as thedrive of the compressed gas motor (1).The invention also relates to a lavage system comprising at least one suchcompressedgas motor (1) as well as to a method for generating a periodical motion and aperiodicalspray puff.
