A method for introducing an antibody into a cell, comprising a fusion expression of a transmembrane peptide and antibody. The antibody can pass through the cell membrane and enter the cell to bind with a target molecule. The antibody also retains a specific antigen-binding property. The method successfully introduced the antibody into the cell using the fusion expressed transmembrane peptide and exerted an intracellular antibody effect. The invention successfully realized a method for performing an intracellular targeted antibody therapy and significantly increased a curative effect.Linvention concerne un procédé permettant dintroduire un anticorps dans une cellule, ledit procédé consistant à exprimer par fusion un peptide transmembranaire et un anticorps. Lanticorps peut traverser la membrane cellulaire et pénétrer dans la cellule pour se lier à une molécule cible. Lanticorps conserve également une propriété spécifique de liaison à lantigène. Le procédé introduit avec succès lanticorps dans la cellule à laide du peptide transmembranaire exprimé par fusion, et exerce un effet danticorps intracellulaire. Le procédé selon linvention permet dexécuter une thérapie ciblée au moyen danticorps intracellulaires et daugmenter de manière significative leffet curatif du traitement.
