The present invention relates to an aromatic patch and a preparation method of the same. The aromatic patch contains a liquid aromatic agent, and comprises: a base sheet in which an internal sheet made of gas-permeable polymer resin and an external sheet made of gas-impermeable polymer resin are laminated with each other a releasable sheet in which an internal sheet made of gas-permeable resin and an external sheet made of gas-impermeable polymer resin are releasably laminated with each other and an aromatic agent containing unit which is formed to contain the liquid aromatic agent by attaching the internal sheets of the releasable sheet and the base sheet along a predetermined line. Accordingly, the present invention can provide the aromatic patch in the form of a thin pad, made of resin that enables the liquid aromatic agent contained therein to be diffused in a gaseous state.
